You may be asked to provide valid government ID for all guests staying at the villa.
Involvement in illegal activities, such as drug use, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ejection and legal action.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 6 AM or 11 PM – 6 AM. Keep noise down and close doors to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Guests are responsible for any damage and will be charged for repairs or special cleaning if needed.
The resort reserves the right to refuse service or hospitality to guests who violate rules or cause disruption.
Please go through these guidelines carefully to make your stay smooth and enjoyable.
For booking, please pay 50% advance of the total amount.
Timings will be as per mutual agreement during booking.
If any damage occurs due to guest’s irresponsibility, repair costs will be recovered from the guest.
Except for the agreed menu, any changes must be informed in advance and will be chargeable.
Use of the pool is strictly at your own risk.
After 11 PM, karaoke speakers are not allowed to be used outside the home.
